Document Progress

Preparation is the key to a successful meeting and the Meetings module has lots of features to help you to be prepared. By reading the documents, adding notes & comments, and asking questions, the meeting can progress quickly and focus on the important decisions that need to be made. The Document Progress feature allows you to easily see what progress you have made through any papers uploaded to the meeting. You will be able to view which pages you have read, how many pages you have read so far, and the total time spent viewing a document.

  • When you open and read a document in the meeting, a blue tick will appear on the first page thumbnail.
  • As you move through the document, each page will get a tick if you spend more than a second looking at the page.

  • When you return to the agenda section, a count of the pages you have read, the time taken and a progress icon will be displayed for each document.

  • A partial blue ring shows that there are still pages to be read. When all pages have been viewed a complete green ring will be shown.
