Admins: How to find your organisation's Registration Code

How can I find my organisation's Registration Code for the Customer Support Portal?
If you are the assigned Portal Admin for your organisation for use on the OneAdvanced Customer Support Portal, you will be able to access your Registration Code from your profile.
The Registration Code is needed when a new user would like to register to the system so they too can raise customer support/finance tickets.
For security purposes, this information is ONLY held by the assigned Admin(s) on an account.
This guide covers how to locate the code so you can provide it to colleagues who need to register:
- Go to https://services.oneadvanced.com/hub
- Go to the Login button in the top right hand corner
- Input your username (this will be your email address) and password and click Log in:
- In the top right hand corner, select Profile from the dropdown next to your initials:
- Scroll to locate the Registration Code:
- Provide this to the relevant colleague(s) who need to register.
Once a User registers, you will need to approve them. You can find instructions for this here.
