The old ‘Add Action and Add Note’ buttons have been combined into a single 'Add' button, containing multiple options.

Meetings - Levels 4 and 5 added to default auto-renumbering schemes

We have expanded the existing 3-level indenting system by adding Levels 4 and 5.
